Foot problems and structural problems addressed by working with the fascia, joints and bones of the feet.

Improve health

Alleviate pain

Move better

Live without pain

This was a fun project. We recorded before and after videos from a Rolfing ten series.

I didn’t know what would happen but I am believer in transformation through process. Rolfing is a change agent like that. Change after each session. Change over weeks. Change over months.

The videos were taken about three months apart and the content, change, and spirit of Rolfing speaks for itself. Enjoy!

Imagine having the freedom of movement to achieve the impossible.

Rolfing®

Rolfing Structural Integration is a form of hands-on therapy that focuses on improving body alignment and function. Developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf in the 1950s, the primary goal of Rolfing is to bring balance and ease to the body by gently manipulating and reorganizing the fascial system while bringing attention to postural and movement patterns that might contribute to tension or pain.

Therapeutic touch that supports a softening of the kidney/adrenal complex.

Somatic Experiencing®

The Somatic Experiencing approach facilitates the completion of self- protective motor responses and the release of thwarted survival energy bound in the body, thus addressing the root cause of trauma symptoms. This is approached by gently guiding clients to develop increasing tolerance for difficult bodily sensations and suppressed emotions and working to complete defensive responses previously thwarted from bringing resolution to the nervous system and, therefore, to the individual.
